I have guided for many operators all over Canada and the one thing I learned is that most lodges do not look after their guides the way they should when it comes to their off-hours comfort. Happy guides equate to happy experiences on the water or in the field and their comfort should never be taken for granted. The guides are the heartbeat of any operation.
